Digital Preservation Through LOCKSS
An-Nafis: Jurnal Ilmiah Keislaman dan Kemasyarakatan supports the preservation of scholarly publications through reliable digital archiving practices. The journal adopts the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) system as a digital preservation mechanism to safeguard published articles against data loss, technical failures, website disruptions, and other risks that may affect long-term access.
LOCKSS is a distributed digital preservation system that enables participating libraries and institutions to maintain independent copies of digital publications. This approach supports the recovery of preserved content and helps maintain the authenticity, integrity, and availability of scholarly materials over time.
Long-Term Accessibility and Archival Continuity
An-Nafis: Jurnal Ilmiah Keislaman dan Kemasyarakatan is committed to maintaining access to its published articles as part of the permanent scholarly record. The journal maintains an online archive of previously published issues and articles through its Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform, allowing readers to access available publications, article metadata, and full-text documents.
Through digital archiving and preservation practices, the journal aims to reduce the risk of losing scholarly content and support continued access to research in Islamic studies, Islamic education, and social and community studies.

An-Nafis: Jurnal Ilmiah Keislaman dan Kemasyarakatan recognizes digital preservation as an essential component of responsible scholarly publishing. The journal is committed to maintaining the continuity of its published scholarly record and supporting the long-term dissemination of academic knowledge.
